My Approach

 

I work in a flexible and integrative way, drawing on humanistic, cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic approaches. I aim to co-create a reflective space where we can focus on thinking, feeling and behaviour to explore different aspects of your experience. Through collaboration we develop a trusting relationship so you are able to make connections, find meaning and re-discover purpose.

 

I believe that in a safe environment all kinds of insight and growth are possible.

When we feel heard we are able to explore current circumstances in conjunction with past issues or vice versa. I cultivate the core conditions of empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard, to facilitate change and promote well being. Through increased understanding of our relationship with ourself and others we can:
