Cathy Ingram
Counselling, Psychotherapy & Supervision
What to expect
I offer a regular time and space where you can explore and express your personal issues in a safe and confidential setting. You decide what you want to talk through with a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist listening alongside you.
We can discuss whether you want to meet for short or long term therapy and we can review this at any time during our work together.
Sessions are 50 minutes, at the same time each week.
Are my issues worth discussing?
Counselling can seem like a daunting step, particularly when we are distressed. When we focus on what is troubling us we can see the impact of our issues in other areas of our life and begin to gain clarity. Counselling and psychotherapy offers an opportunity to work through whatever it is that is affecting you.
I have worked with individuals who have experienced a range of issues including:
Abuse, Addiction, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Relationship or Sexuality issues, Stress and Trauma
Confidentiality
Whatever is discussed is confidential. The only exception is if someone is at risk of serious harm to themselves or others.
